Tell us a bit about yourself!
I am from Cork. I am in my final year studying Commerce interantional with French in University College Cork and for the third year of my degree I participated in the Erasmus programme in Université Pierre Mendès France, in Grenoble.

Why did you choose France?
I am studying French in university and as part of my course, it is compulsory to spend the third year of my degree in a French-speaking country on the Erasmus programme. For commerce and French students in UCC, France is the only French-speaking country available to us for the Erasmus Programme. But I have always had a love of France and was delighted to be moving and studying there for 9 months.

What are the outcomes from your study programme in France and international experience?
I believe Studying abroad has not only improved my language skills but has also deepened my cultural awareness and ability to adapt well to new environments.
